Crain’s: Loop Leads Downtown Condo Comeback

The Loop is leading downtown Chicago’s condominium comeback, with units selling at prices above peak levels.   According to a recent Crain’s article, the average resale price of a condo in the Loop was up 0.2% in the first half of 2015 compared with 2008. Price gains have been fueled by the neighborhood’s convenient location “in the heart of the central business district.” Read more here.
